"The hot tub was advertised in the booking via pictures on expedia/travelocity and staff informed me they would have maintenance clean it out for us, so we assumed we would have one to use. However, it turned out to not be accessible or allowed via owners, but Cool Cabins was kind enough to compensate us with late check out and waived our pet fee. Customer service was excellent. Place was very clean. Beautiful, great view of the ski mountain, Would stay again."

"The cabin was excellent both of my children loved the hidden staircase to the upstairs and loved the fun games all around the cabin and outside was beyond great with the 103 hot tub it was perfect and very clean I was very impressed!! Will return when more snow is coming! "

"Liked: 4 rooms for our 9 people. Good kitchen space. Plenty of real beds and no need to sleep on couches. New spacious fridge. DISLIKED: The entire place is DIRTY. Dusty floors, spider-webbed ceilings in bedrooms, leaf-littered property including pool table area. Special mention to the NASTY BBQ grill even AFTER calling for cleaning. Useless BBQ tools provided; had to buy own brushes and tongs. Offered firewood but no chimney tools. Dangerously hot running water. The only shower in the...

"It’s nice, clean and comfy house but it’s far from main Street. It’s equipped with lots of nice snow boards and snow clothing. At some point I felt that it didn’t had enough pots and pans for 8 people. My family loved the pool table. "
