"Excellent, self service apartment with the most modern technology and excellent aesthetic design. Good coffee maker, hot water in shower, towel warmer. Exactly as advertised, great location in a quaint town. My only suggestion is to provide an iron and board. "

"Perfect location for a overnight stay while cycling the EV5 cycle route."

"Superlocation and service although we booked 15 min before arrival due to mixup at other hotel.. much nicer and cheaper"

"An incredible location with breathtaking views. Just be aware that you’ll either need to park at the bottom of the mountain and take the funicular, or park farther away and walk to the apartment. Through message we were guided to the apartment. As we got instructions upon contact regarding the parking, & seing that the adress & dot on the map was...

"Ottima posizione vicina a tutte le attività che offre Lugano appartamento pulito e funzionale consigliatissimo"

"The wi-fi information listed on the back of the door was wrong. I was there for just about 2 weeks and they did not stock the apartment properly for the length of my stay. The glass light fixture had food slime on it, the shower ceiling had black mold I was given 1 of each; dish cloth, washing cloth, dishwashing tab, wine glass. I had to ask for mugs. The flatware was scratched,"
