A shower that was not cold, or a bed that had the floor under it cleaned, a curtain not held together by safety pins, or creme cheese or butter for toast... all of these things would have been nice to have, but were not provided."

"I pulled up to the facility and it was a horrible sight. Run down, dark and tattered, horrible. Office was closed after I had recently confirmed our check in arrival. Then a scary man came next to my car on his bike and stared at my kids and I until we pulled off and went to find immediate alternatives for our trip. "

The door kmob was broken so we pushed a chair against it. Someone came knocking on our door looking for someone else. Its more of place that people rent a room monthly than nightly"
