"The hotel itself is good. The staff was less than helpful. The pool was closed for maintenance. There was no advance notice and we were not told about it when we checked in. "Surprisingly nice hotel - it would be perfect for people attending events at the monument. They have a very nice pool, breakfast was good and they offered a reception with drinks and popcorn at night including a cultural training from a Lakota gentleman.
The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
The laundry on site was handy and the staff were super helpful as well.
The gym is in the basement so we didn’t end up using that and the hot tub jets didn’t work."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and they rotated it daily so that we didn't always have the same items. The Wi-Fi was good with no issues throughout my stay.
