" I was unsure about this booking as reviews was mixed, the self coded check in as i tried to use the key pad the sun was so bring you could not see to use it , but luck that someone was their to let me in manually, I was confused with codes as they gave you same code for front door and was same for your room, i managed in the end to get the right telephone number of contact and was assured that was correct, and it was actually all ok, the TV apparently was not programmed and so I did not...

"I arrived on 7/7/26 having booked and paid for a room for 1 night. The property was locked up and no sign of life at all. I was put in a vulnerable position of having nowhere to stay and having to find alternative accommodation at very short notice. Expedia tried to help me which was difficult as my phone was running out of charge . Not happy to be placed in this position by the host or Expedia and will be insisting that they take the property off their site to avoid a repetition. Another guest...

"The Good, the Bad and then there is the lack of sleep…
The good included the pleasant and friendly welcome and the service from the hotel's team throughout, plus the comfortable bed, the large TV and good Wi-Fi.
The bad is down to the room that you are allocated; having stayed a couple of times, some rooms are more pleasant than others in terms of décor, comfort, cleanliness and maintenance.
The lack of sleep was the major issue, dependant on where you room is located in the hotel will...

"it’s okay. my room was now hoovered at all, dirty floor, checked bed for bed buds and it was safe to sleep. the heater was cold majority of night and only when i woke up after 7am i noticed it actually worked, didnt think it did. if the cleanliness of the place was better it would be a better review but staff is very helpful. cant go wrong for £40 per night."
