"This is a great hotel in a fantastic location. Very easily reachable by public transport. It’s very close to the beach and also lots of cafes and restaurants. The rooms are large and bright. The staff are very friendly and relaxed. I will stay here again for sure."

"The whole place was disgusting. Holes by the sink, carpet was dirty bedding was dirty. Windows were dirty. Having a shower in a bath was wasn’t much bigger than a sink was a joke water was cold. Towels had holes in. A total disgrace and would never stay there again. Wouldn’t even let a dog stay in the place it’s should be shut down"

"The location is great and for the price its fine enough. But: We had booked well ahead but the images on Expedia are not the rooms there. I booked for 4 people and we were checked in through their AI system via whatsapp. We were given a dingey tiny basement room. When I contacted their "concierge" via whatsapp and the mistake was noted. They system switched us to a 5th floor "suite" which was much bigger and had a lovely view and open windows. It was not cleaned well, however. There is no lift...

"The bed was clean but extremely uncomfortable, the bathroom was not very clean the curtains had mould.
The location is good, it’s very close to the beach, and good restaurants."

"When I arrived at the property, I couldn't get into the building because I had received no checkin instructions.
I saw a few message asking me to pay for a damage deposit in my Expedia inbox. But I didn't get any advanced notification in my gmail inbox until on the checkin afternoon. Because I was travelling, I couldn't have seen these messages until I arrived at the property.
The message was very cryptic. It wasn't immediately clear what I needed to do. Another hotel guest kindly explained...
