"The family room was a good size and clean unfortunately the double bed had a dreadful squeak at every movement! However for one nights stay it was absolutely fine. I needed to wash and sterilise some baby bottles and despite it being 10pm the staff were very helpful and came back to give me access to the kitchen and microwave ( which again was very clean and tidy) we left too early for breakfast but I wouldn’t hesitate to book again for an overnight stop"

"On the back of the bedroom door is a card you can hang up if you do not want your room serviced that therefore implies the room would be serviced as would normally be expected.
But it wasn't and when I queried it with reception they said the rooms have not been serviced since covid.
If that is the case visitors should be pre warned that the room would not be cleaned, waste bins not emptied,no replenishment of beverage trays, no clean towels .
You have to ask for these services . "

"Loved this place! Was up the road, around the Dover area in Kent, desperately looking for a place to stay for night at a reasonable price & everything I could find was very expensive or selling out, then after hours of searching, this New Hotel came up on my Internet search! I drove to it immediately, wasn't many minutes drive, to check out if it was ok & couldn't believe my eyes! No car park, on a broad street beside row of shops & Police Station right opposite which feels safe & row of parking...

"Third time staying here due to the positive previous experiences. The positive streak continued with a great room featuring a fantastic air-conditioning unit which kept me cool in the June heat. A wonderful workout ensued in their very well-equipped gym set up. This was followed by a powerful shower and I went to dine nearby. Had a great night's sleep before a well-cooked breakfast got my day started perfectly. Can't wait to come back."

"I was a bit disappointed with Premier Inn based on this stay. We arrived at 2pm, an hour early for check in but a reasonable time you would think. They wanted to charge us £15 to check in early, implying the room was ready anyway, so that was just profiteering. We felt we'd paid a lot already, although in fairness it was bank holiday weekend. This hotel is clearly populated by people crossing the channel, not staying more than one night as we did. The room was rather basic and a bit drab, two...

"Shower head holder is broken and you need to hold it manually!
Room is next to the road and is very noisy with traffic noise.
Breakfast is good with fresh fruits.
There is no air con and no fans to lend to customers when we asked."
