"Our room was large, like a suite, very fresh & clean with nice bedside lighting features. Comfortable king bed. Only item that could be better is the startlingly loud power flush of the toilet. Pretty shocking the first time & disturbing at night.

"The stay was great. Quiet & Peaceful. Had trouble getting the TV going as I didn't have a clue as to how to find a channel. I called the front desk and the gentleman came right away to make sure that the channels were working. He got the problem solved and made sure there were no issues. Thank You Sir."

"The bed was very comfortable and I loved that there were firm and soft pillows on the bed. The housekeeper needs to pay some more attention to the ceilings, walls, and windows. Splatter on the wall next to the toilet, orange handprint next to the entryway hall mirror, cobwebs on ceiling, fingerprints and handprints on headboard and window. The door stopper on the bathroom door was missing and the sink stopper as well. There were no stir sticks for the in-room coffee. Overall I would go back...

"I had to call because I was running late. Did not get there until after 10:30 PM. They were really nice about it. And waited for me. When first coming into the place at night, it looked a little creepy for a minute. But once we got to the room, it was very nice, very quiet. I'll meet out of concrete. "The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though....
