"For the price they should have done better"

"The guest house was very comfortable, clean & tidy"

"Bed mattress was terrible, quilt very thin, pillows uncomfortable. The room is situated on the third floor opposite a night club that is very loud on a week day from 12 midnight untill the early hours - if you want a good nights sleep then this place is not suitable!!"

"Loved the place and area"

"Good location with small parking area. Very welcoming staff, offering helpful advice on local area. The room itself was of very high standard and lacked nothing that I needed for my stay. Highly recommend the superb cooked breakfast for a small extra cost."

"Great staff, comfy beds, clean rooms, easy parking, lovely food in the restaurant. Will definitely look to return if staying in the area again."

"We needed a nights stay and booked last minute. It was central to where we needed to be. The staff were friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Tea/coffeee was provided. Breakfast was available. Perfect for stay in Birmingham. I will be staying again."
