"The hotel was in the perfect position for leaving the car and getting the bus into Segovia. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we would not recommend the restaurant. I have waited quite a while before submitting this review because looking at other people's comments I kept thinking I am mixing up hotels but I fear not. The meal was not mediocre it was atrocious. Whilst we were sitting in a state of shock and disbelief another couple came over and apologised for not warning us,...

"Llegue al alojamiento y estaba cerrado con candado, luces apagadas. No responde al telefono. Debio de cerrar pero sigue aceptando reservas."

"Instalaciónes de la epoca medieval, limpieza pesima, empleados antipáticos excepto la chica rubia flaquita, y el peor el calvo con gafas, lo unico que merece la pena es la piscina, pero eso lo encuentro en cualquier lugar, el autoservicio extremadamente caro, de noche mejor no salir sin linterna, apenas hay farolas y andas a oscuras, en general todo en muy mal estado y nada de mantenimiento"
