"We had a great stay. It was a city break with my two children and we really enjoyed the experience. The CoalShed has real character and was a great place to hang out with my kids and use as a base to explore all the great stuff on offer in Bristol. We loved the games facilities and the 'honesty bar', which is a great idea and was definitely welcome in the evening. The communal area is great for socialising with the other guests as well. "It was such a pleasure to stay at Willow Ridge for a couple of nights. Lisa's communication before the stay was really helpful with getting me checked in. A very friendly lady who checked that I had everything I needed. I stayed in the King room, which was beautiful decorated, with a balcony window to look at outside and the most comfortable bed (I liked the Peacock duvet set). I fully recommend anyone to stay here. You won't regret it."
