Loved it. Amazing views. Great tours offered. Good breakfast

Great stay at central located hotel. Concierge was very friendly and gave us useful info and recommendations for Monteverde. Free onsite parking. Room was a good size and very reasonable price. Nice breakfast included.

Ro was very welcoming and friendly and helped us settle in. Good value for money and plenty of available parking. Room was spacious and the property had good views. Breakfast was average and maybe could start a bit earlier (6:30am instead of 7am) as we found tours start at 7/7:30am.

We stayed in one of the newer rooms, it was very clean and comfortable with an amazing shower. 5 mins walk from the center, staff were very helpful

Amazing views from property

This is one of the most amazing places we've stayed - beautiful rooms, beautiful location, beautiful food and beautiful staff - muchas gracias!

We stated for 3 nights, perfect location for checking out the sights and activities in Monteverde. Super friendly staff, who always stop to talk to you and make you feel welcome. Shower was good. Room big enough for 4 of us. Lovely breakfast too. Woukd recommend

The rooms are quite basic but comfortable, there are a few mosquitos around but you are in a cloud forest so a few creepy crawlies are expected. Esteban is lovely and helped us book tours and transfers, the pancakes were amazing. The laundry service was so reasonable and so fast we got our laundry back and dry within a few hours! It is tricky to get to without a car but you can walk to the national park and to Santa Elena easily. We ate at a hostel up the road in the evenings, it is only a 5...

Lovely cabin, owned by a really friendly family who live on site. Very welcoming and helpful - we had a flat tyre and Tracey roped in her dad to look at it and suggest options for repair.

I stayed two nights in a private room, the ladies on reception were so friendly and helpful with helping book my activities, they’ve really created a welcoming and chilled vibe. The kitchen and outdoor area is lovely. There’s everything you need both in the property and nearby. It was very chilly at night but was provided with extra blankets, the strong wind was a little noisy with plants hitting my window but I didn’t mind and always take earplugs in case of outside noise. It was super clean....

We had a wonderful, wholesome stay. The cabin was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen is simple but well-equipped with essentials, and there’s a supermarket a short drive away. The town is less than 15 minutes by car, making it easy to stock up on anything you need. A car is recommended. This feels like more than just a cabin stay, the property offers incredible views and sunsets over Monteverde, along with a hiking route where we saw local...

Everything about this place is superb. The family are so friendly and helpful, the Rancho is relaxing, the food was great and the room perfect. You have to make this part of your stay in Monteverde

The owners were lovely and gave us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom cabin which was ideal for us with 2 young children. It had a well equipt kitchen. We did have a few ants coming in but when we told the owner they came down to spray the cabin. Great having a pool at the property for unwinding after a busy day in nature. The town was a 5 minute drive and it was really easy and cheap to get taxis there. Would definitely recommend staying here.
