"Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. The on site restaurant was very good, but very under staffed (maybe because it was Italian Liberatiin Day, a holiday). Breakfast and parking were fine. The Wifi did not work during our entire stay....

"Perfect, modern apartment with beautiful balcony and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was located well for us with hiking day trips and had a beautiful view. We are already planning to return. The only thing I have to mention is that the towels from the previous guest were left in the wardrobe but the rest of the apartment was perfect and still deserves 5 stars "

"To see Marolada is amazing. Albergo Malga Ciapela Is a great place to start. The hotel is simple and have everything you need. You can walk to the mountain or take the shuttle provided. The room is well appointed, clean and has everything you need. This is a simple hotel, but it has a sauna, a beautiful lounge, and dining room. The detail that sets this a part from the others? "Lovely welcome. Comfy room. Church bells were not a problem in this room. Great position in the middle of Cortina. Very limited hotel parking and the large car park behind is being built on. Closest parking is the old station. Easy access off the ring road and very cheap. ‘Easy park’ app is very useful in Italy."

"Oasi Hotel was great. Very good location near bus station and easy walk to town centre. Very clean and tidy. It had everything you needed in the room. More than happy to provide me with a kettle and other bits and pieces when i asked. Really enjoyed my stay. Would highly recommend."

"The staff was incredible all week! The views in the morning are breathtaking, located directly on the ski slope. I went there without a car and had to pay for a couple taxis which was expensive, but it was better than a weekly car rental fee. I highly recommend staying here. There is an amzing breakfast and a 5-course dinner every night, included in the price of the room. "

"We were lodged in the neighboring building, which is a decrepit house that has probably not been renovated since the 70s, with no sound isolation whatsoever. We were initially lodged in the attic room (71), which is one of the most depressing rooms I have ever seen (tiny window, no air flow, broken bedside lamps, dirt and dust incrusted everywhere, broken toilet seat). "Disappointed for the price. There is a new and old building for the hotel. I stayed in the old which was okay. The front desk noted there was a sauna but I could not use it because it was not in the price. The previous hotel I stayed at was less expensive and it was included. Towels were rough industrial towels for a kitchen not a bath. Breakfast was okay, breads were a bit stale. I think only a few people were staying at the hotel so the food was not as fresh. "
