O quarto apresentava mofo na parede, instalações antigas, um cheiro insuportável de esgoto vindo do banheiro. A cama estava em pessimas condições e a estrutura do hotel apresentou um isolamento acústico ineficiente, resultando em uma pessima noite de sono.
