"Personnel 5 étoilés, topissime. Sympas, gentilles et serviables. En plein centre historique, avec place de parc payante, mais c'est normal vu l'emplacement à Lucca. On a tout fait à pied. Hotel propre, excellent petit déjeuner. Très bon rapport qualité prix. On recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter ! Un grand Merci au Mr de l'accueil qui nous a attendu un samedi soir, après l'heure du Check in prévu, avec le sourire en plus, et nous à encore accompagné pour parquer la voiture. Donc personel 5/5....

"Great place to visit and experience. Olive oil processing on site, winery also on site, awesome restaurant on site. Beautiful and quiet active farm with beautiful gardens and views you will not believe. A tuscan manor house and property that is remarkable and fun to experience. Everyone was accommodating and gracious and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying the stay. "

"The staff at this property took excellent care of us. They were patient, kind, and helpful. The food was very fresh and flavorful. The shower was a little difficult to get working properly but we figured it out in the end. Really loved the view from the balcony too. 10/10 would stay again. "

"Checking in was easy. Elisa was very helpful and friendly, she answered all my questions and she kept in touch with me before checkin, to make sure we knew exactly where to go. The property was beautiful! We loved our view from the kitchen window. The apartment was well stocked and the pool was lovely. My husband had a nice chat with the owner and said he was very informative and friendly. We loved our stay at Belmonte and we were sad to leave such a beautiful place."

"Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."

"It was really happy for my stay. the guy, Mr. Andrea, who is very kind and helpful, had offered all the best service for me so I feel really comfortable during stay. The room was super clean and of course the bathroom was also nice and clean. For me the cleaness is most important matter so I was happy with them. I dont know about the ristorante, didnt use it, so you may need to refer the other guys' review. Thanks Andrea and I will visit again 100pct. ciao ciao ciao!"
