This fact is even more so if you stay at Hotel ITC Ciudad de Haro. This hotel is about a 25-minute walk uphill to the downtown area and you must cross a highway, which we were told multiple times is officially illegal. "A very useful hotel as a stopover to or from Bilbao as it has 24 hr reception and large on site free car park.Easy to find location and good value and quite spacious standard rooms.Bathroom had a small but convenient bathtub plus hairdryer.Small point, the bed linen and towels although clean and in good condition had a strong smell possibly the detergent used?"
