"Room was freezing the heat wouldn’t work in our room only would blow cold air. Staff was on our kids for having any fun from the second we checked in. They couldn’t even hang out in a room together without complaints as we were outside the room @ 6:30pm not even late at all. Our kids got told to be quiet when team Canada scored a goal in The breakfast room. Weren’t aloud to have fun in the pool, lady kept coming in and telling them they were being loud or splashing everywhere. No blow up beach balls are allowed. Our kids were very well behaved and were all in bed by 8:30/9pm. Only plus was the older lady serving breakfast was amazing with our kids, made them all waffles and served it to them, joked them. Served the parent’s coffee. Thank you to her. "

"I was able to stay here for 10 days in a row due to working in the area. Hotels are expensive in Slave Lake but I was able to stay here for an average cost. The room service was incredible. The front desk staff were quiet and polite. The breakfast was like a 7/10. They had 3 different kinds of cereal, French toast in the fridge you could toast up, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, sausage and sliced ham, yogurt, instant oatmeal, fruits, muffins, bagels, bread, fresh coffee and juice.
