"Direction by the hosts was spot on! Upon arrival we were a little early but as our room was ready they let us check in straight away. Staff were all super friendly and even offered to bring our bags in. Full guide or room was given. The room was beautiful and facilities were excellent including a mini fridge, milk (and oat milk for hubby), bottled water, handmade herbal tea selection, even umbrellas in the wardrobe incase it was wet! "The staff greeted me professionally and friendly too making me feel very welcome.The room had fantastic views and the shower was fantastic and the tea/ coffee was good quality ie PG tips/Nescafé. Microwave was a real bonus. Only thing you need to do is pay attention to the warn out flooring and a small whole on grey blind. Will always stay there as great staff, fantastic rooms and excellent value for Money."

"Absolutely awful… Stains all over the walls, stains all over the carpet.. Musty smell… It was so bad, we lasted 15 mins, we simply could not stay in that room on the top floor.. We handed the key to a staff member, left the building and rebooked at a hotel 20 metres away.. "

"It's student halls and exactly as described. The bed was comfortable, good wifi and shower. I had to ask the night security for bedding, towels and toilet roll & all was solved quickly. There isn't parking on site, there are paying car parks but it does add a bit to the overall price, as all streets are permit, just if helps for planning time and trip. The kitchen wasn't available to use, but the info said it would be, not too much trouble but maybe useful to know which it is. No kettle or any...

"The perfect place for a peaceful getaway. The owners are very hospitable, and friendly. Everything has been thought of to make your stay more enjoyable and trouble free. I stayed in one of the pods, which are just brilliant. Has everything you need. Has heating and a fan if needed. The pods are right on the edge of the well stocked lake. I arrived early evening, but didn't seem to be a problem, and nothing was too much trouble. Made to feel very welcome and invited to explore the grounds...

"Booked through Expedia, easy booking, good communication. Nice little end terraced property suited us for the night. We was visiting family so only slept in property. Property was tidy, code was given on day, parking space available with permit left on table, beds comfy, powerful shower. Quite area, floorboards are loose which rattles the floor and wardrobes. Don't know about area. No teabags or milk so bring your own. Thank you for the stay much appreciated. "
