"In this hostel,I'm not even getting my keys, later not even wifi password after asking too , from the very first day room smells terrible the lights were not working, till date I'm adjusted , no cleaning done at all before too and talking about the fan it's too old not giving proper spinning so really hard to survive without daily needs things after paying this much ,I'm using a big white light only they are not that cooperative when you go and try to speak with them..."

"No have save box. No boiler water.no phon tv no work i reception no help if ask informacion.breakfast bad only egges every day .black coffe i ask is like dirty water. Give minimun sugar very expensive same price i pay hotel 4 star in bangalor whirh 3 rist bufet breakfat .. arcadia is very smal non arrive a 1 star dont understand why ride FANTASTIC!!!! "Service is good. I took basic room for accommodation, so basic amenities available. when I asked for hot water twice they serviced. For two wheeler shed parking available. Near tp the beach as well."

"The villa that we booked and paid for was denied us. There were 2 men sitting cross legged eating their curry on the floor when we arrived and they said they knew nothing of our booking. Just within the check in time the builder/ owner turned up and said the booking was cancelled by the supplier and we would be refunded. He was callous and unapologetic.
