Informed hotel, very rude man came to my room stating not hotels fault and that i can cancel. As no other rooms availible, then he removed wall mounted shelf and pushed beds together and said done..... I contacted Hotels.Com very helpful and supportive within 30min man returned and offered new room with double bed but still no wardrobe,...

"Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time. Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was. The Lino in the kitchen was damaged in places and the fridge had been turned off and leaked into the kitchen floor. Also staining / dirt on sofa so couldn’t really...

"1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later. 2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe. 3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky....

"The Hotel has been closed due to fire a few weeks now. No warning to say this was the case, so arrived at the hotel to find it closed and cordoned off. No way to contact hotels.com and ruined the weekend away. "
