"Lovely property, well positioned for visiting places nearby. Parking on site was spacious and well maintained. Pub next door was great and the food good. Communication with the owners was excellent and responses were very quick and helpful. The room (no. 14) was spotless and smelled wonderful as did the whole property!

"When we entered the apartment it was so cold and took all night for the heat to warm up. It was not a pleasent first impression. The apartment was advertised to have a king sized bed and it was an extremely hard queen sized bed. The first plate and fork rhat I went to use were bith dirty. "I stay in hotels most of the year and decided to try something different , would highly recommend this apartment, really comfortable bed, large living room , modern bathroom with large shower,

"Overall we had a lovely time in Ambleside, the house itself was a bit grubby could do with a thorough clean, it said onsite parking on Expedia there is no parking it wasn’t a problem we parked in the village and paid £8 a day but shouldn’t be wrongly advertised, we tried to contact the property owners a couple of times about parking and the rubbish collection but still waiting for a reply, it is a lovely little house in a good location."
