"Thank you, Premiere Inn, our overnight stay was perfect and easily could stay longer, to accommodate our family of 4. It was clean, the staff were friendly, resourceful and accommodating. If you have lots of luggage, it is better to catch a cab from the rail station. Only £5-€12 because it's close but hilly. The breakfast was delicious and good value. Durham is beautiful and charming with so much character."

"This is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. He went above and beyond with anything we needed help with. All other staff we interacted with - Sumit, Helen, Caroline - were all very kind and helpful. "Hemos estado una noche en una habitación con una cama doble y un sofa cama individual, perfecto para 2-3 personas. La estancia ha sido buena, la habitación tiene vistas al río y al puente. Opción muy recomendable para cortas estancias en la ciudad. La atención en recepción ha sido estupenda en todas las horas y dudas que hemos tenido. Hemos desayunado un buffet tipo inglés per 11€ approx."

"This hotel is located right beside Teesside Barrage so a lovely area. The staff at this orooerty are so nice and very friendly. The Talpor restaurant and bar right beside the hotel is excellent. The wait and bar staff are so friendly The food is excellent in this restaurant. We will definitely return on our next visit to the UK. We stayed Fiordland three nights the hotel was busy but the guests were considerate and quiet"

"I was very happy staying at The Grainger Hotel again. Incidentally i have stayed at The Grainger Hotel on numerous occasions. If i need to be in Newcastle not far from Town i always choose The Grainger Hotel as i know it makes perfect sense to do so. The single room with en-suite was immaculate & well presented.
