"We booked based on a hotel that had a pool. Pool was being dug up, beach access was difficult. We were told to travel almost 3 miles up the road to a sister site hotel to use the pool."

"Very outdated room, sheets were not clean, toilet didn’t flush, no staff at all and they go under the “self check in rule” , you have to pay additional 10 dollars a day for parking, only one elevator is working, whole place smells like; weed, mold, wet/ dirty carpets… Only good thing, that it was actively an Ocean view room. Never again!"
