"The staff was pretty friendly and willing to help but the rooms are terrible, limited space, limited towels, my room kept setting the alarm on all night,the laundry room was unavailable, I wouldn’t recommend it for big groups, it’s a 15 minute walk to the train station so it’s convenient if you have an early morning train but the walk feels a little unsafe, full of intoxicated people. Overall, for the price we paid we could’ve stayed somewhere better "

"My original room was not clean on check in. I asked for a different room, but was told no, to wait. I was finally able to get in my room 3 hours after check in to find the television did not work and there was no light fixture in the bathroom so there was a giant floor lamp instead. After asking about the television, I was told to move rooms, which could have happened 3 hours before. I feel like Expedia is given the crappiest room in the place. Not clean, no tv and a floor lamp for bathroom...

"Large comfortable room in central location. Unfortunately, breakfast not included, although general listing on hotels.com indicated breakfast would be included. No one at reception desk for proper checkout, so left the key after vacating the room."
