She was very nice and very helpful, used a translator app which was very nice but obviously the exact translations can get confusing at times. We found this with most of this city though. Hoi an is the place to be for english speaking tourists. "

It's a fantastic location once you get to know the area & learn how Da Nang works. The hotel was very clean, spacious, comes with amenities, etc. the staff is very friendly & speak decent English to communicate, check in is very fast & easy. If You love watching demolition and construction outside and the noise of the beeping all day and night and jack hammers so you do not sleep this place is for you ... and the WIF is slower then all I have been to ... Staff is not at fault and are nice "
