"I loved staying here. I went for the most basic room, so the toilet and bathroom were in the corridor and shared. But it didn’t affect my stay at all. Location is amazing right outside cathedral. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included which was great, again really helpful staff. Can’t think of a bad word to say about it. And it was great value for money."

"The George Inn was an excellent choice for our first night in England, due to its proximity to Stonehenge and the reasonable cost. All staff were attentive and helpful. We enjoyed a late afternoon walk on the country lanes of Middle Wallop. "It was a great place to stay! It was centrally located to visit Stonehenge. Amesbury is a great town. Our hosts were very gracious, the accommodations very inviting, and the breakfast was awesome. Highly recommend this location for anyone going to Stonehenge. "

"I booked this for my family during my wedding and wow is all i can say. The soace was stunning and Harriet and Giles just could not do enough for us. I was blown away by theirckindness and generosity. To the point at which they let us put my wedding cake in the fridge. Honestly the best hosts ive ever had. "The owners are a lovely couple who cannot do enough to make your stay memorable. The bedroom was excellently appointed. The shower head was a little slow as it was suffering from lime scale. The location of The Swallows is brilliant as a starting point for all the attractions in the area. Top marks."

"The owner is very nice! We had great time stay here . Room is comfy and clean . The park is peaceful and quiet. Nice walk in the forest, good fun in the swimming pool. The park has own restaurants and bar and convenient shop. But Sainsbury’s supermarket and patrol station just 4-5mins away drive and also the Mc Donald’s is very close . Very convenient! "

"Great stay. All the amenities you could wish for. Very clean, loads of toys for small children and a lovely garden. Barbecue area and play area also great. Parking was easy too with a large parking space that had room to get out two children with car seats. Extra parking available at the bottom of the road. "
