"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. Contacted Expedia and spent a further 2 hrs on the phone to them and they also could not get in touch with the managing agent. The building had poor lighting outside and was...

"Appliances tired unable to read oven dials because worn off. Fridge small and lacking a shelf. Kitchen implements and cloths limited. Cleaners cupbord dirty. Smell in bathroom from drains? No welcome pack."
