"I would like a refund. I ended up paying for a room we didn't use, because the cancellation period was no longer applicable once (24 hours before arrival), and the pictures provided of the property did NOT represent what we saw and experienced.

"Overall, good value. Bathroom sink had an interior crack running from the top to the drain plug. We took a photo, and showed it to the front desk. They told us that they would have Maintenance come to look at the next day. That never occurred. This matter is worrisome, since they have the guest initial for any damage to the room, that they are allowed to charge to your credit card. "The staff was really helpful and nice. The room was ok however the drain in the bathroom was not working and they only provided one towel for the room. The parking lot was really dirty and was full of sketchy people lurking around. I did not feel the most safe staying in this location. Will not be back."
