That is frustrating, but not as frustrating as the fact that they then refused to refund my money for the room, despite the fact that we could not get in. Terrible customer service. Do not use this hotel."

"The place needs to be updated. Great location if you will be hiking in the nearby mountains. Looks like an old resort that sold land to a developer that built really nice houses, but did not update their hotel to match the neighborhood. The TV is at least 30 years old. Service and staff was great."
