"Really enjoyed my stay, the apartment had everything I needed. Was very clean and comfortable and nice touches with the chocolates. Only negative was I could hear the neighbours in particular rooms quite loudly but this didn’t disturb my night. "

Le scale d’ingresso erano sporche, piene di polvere e di sporcizia di lavorazioni; 2. ⁠nell’appartamento quando siamo arrivati non c’era la carta igienica e neanche una bottiglia d’acqua da bere; 3. ⁠nel bagno c’era un cesto con degli asciugamani sporchi; 4. ⁠e sopratutto, nella camera da letto hanno lasciato la finestra aperta, che non si chiudeva perché rotta. Pertanto abbiamo dovuto dormire con la finestra aperta."

"Huone oli epäsiisti, pölyinen. Huonetta ei tultu siivoamaan, vaikka pyysin sitä useampaan kertaan ja lähetin valokuvat. Huoneesta puuttuivat silitysrauta ja -lauta. Ne tuotiin 5. päivänä, jälleen usean pyynnön jälkeen. Service fee oli 80€, vaikka varauksessa se oli 70€. Huomautin tästä, mutta tähän ei reagoitu lainkaan. "
