"Greeted on arrival and they took the time to show me to my room. The room is simple but everything I needed and it was really quiet at night."

"Brilliant 👍 👏"

Had microwave, kettle and fridge in the room, with tea coffee sugar and milk. Room was clean, a little run down in places with marks on the wall etc, windows a little dirty, but nothing overly bad. "Very clean comfortable room friendly staff the kitchen amenities excellent easy walking distance for shops."

"Very good stay and mr Zakaria was very helpful and always go far and beyond to help."

"We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. "

"Made very welcome and good parking the local buses stop outside which a nice bonus breakfast was excellent"
