"Stayed for 4 nights and our room was never cleaned. Called the desk to ask for clean towels and was told I had to come to the lobby to get them. They gave me 2 bath towels. That’s it.
We also had to go to the lobby 3 times due to our key card getting de-magnetized and were unable to get into our room. Very inconvenient. "

"Hotel was very clean except that we didn't have any towels in our bathroom. We had to go down twice and waited for maybe more than 30mins before they brought up some towels. Pool was really small but who cares? The beach is just right in front of the hotel. Our stay was overall enjoyable."

"I’ll start by saying I ignored the reviews and decided to stay anyway—and that was my mistake. Unfortunately, the reviews are accurate.
The room was dirty, and the overall environment felt unsafe. There appeared to be a number of individuals on the property who made us uncomfortable, and at one point someone was pounding on our door at 2 a.m. after attempting to get in. To make matters worse, the door’s safety latch/chain was missing.

" Absolutely amazing location, easy walk to the beach and boardwalk, Beach volleyball, the super long dock, and electric bike rentals and the coastal bike path right there. Easy to get to downtown, lots of food options, and even a convenient store within walking distance. A little rough around the edges with the room and pool quality, but very reasonable for the price. Would definitely stay there again, my teenager loved it too. I love being able to hear all the kids playing on the soccer field."
