"Had such an Exelent time at this hotel Breakfast was amazing there was a pool gym sauna steam room everything you need at your fingertips so I’m coming back near end off febuary staff were just amazing came with family coming back with Family so nice people come to this hotel so looking forward to coming back"

"I enjoyed my stay at travel lodge Durham but the room charge was excessive for the hotel.
All the staff were very helpful and deserve praise for efficiency and friendliness"

"On arrival the radiator wasnt working so the lovely host moved rooms and couldnt do enough to make sure i was ok. Then threw in a couple of free beers. The staff working literally couldnt do enough to help"

"This was a one night stay on our way to Edinburgh with our dogs. It was exactly what we needed a comfortable, clean and well equipped room right next to a lovely pub that is also dog friendly. Sonia and the team couldn't do enough for us, fetching water for our dogs after a long journey. Asking if we had everything we needed. We had a good meal that night and a lovely breakfast the following morning. Such a friendly place, we will definitely be back!"

"The rooms have all recently been refurbished to a good standard. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were really comfortable. Most rooms have walk-in showers.
The only thing to make people aware of is that it's on a busy road but it's quiet overnight."

"From the moment we arrived till the morning we left we were made very welcome by all the people involved in running the OYO . They went above and beyond to help us out from Georgia booking taxis for us to my friend behind the bar going to his house to get me cigarettes when I had run out big thanks (hope you enjoy Edinburgh 👍👍👍) cleanliness spot on ,food amazing,and very reasonable for top quality,. would recommend to anyone looking forward to seeing you all again thanks
