We didn't stay there, we left immediately anyway. Our money was not refunded. I couldn't believe how you included such a hotel on your page."

"We never got a mail with checkin procedures, as per stated in the confirmation mail from Expedia, and the hotel didn't respond to our attempt to contact them, so we had to book a different hotel, but we were still charged for the stay in full. Horrible customer un-service. Never again."
