"We stayed in room 105. Unfortunately, there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. At first we didn’t notice it because we only dropped off our luggage and went out to explore the city. However, when we came back later and took a shower, the smell became unbearable. The shower door was broken, so they had added a shower curtain on one side instead. There was also mold on the bathroom wall. I had to open the window for fresh air, but the shutter handle was broken and wouldn’t open...

"We stayed in Montenapoleone on the 5th floor. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly, the room was big, clean and air conditioned. The location was perfect, just behind the Duomo and a few minutes walk from La Scala opera house. Highly recommend."

"The entrance was a little difficult to find as it was in an office building but after that everything was as smooth as could be. The reception was welcoming and helpful, the room was spotless and the location couldn’t have been more convenient to the central station. I would definitely stay here again."
