Televisione non funzionate invece di risolvere il problema mi dice non possiamo farci nulla e di non aveva camere disponibile per cambiare . Quando ho rifatto il trolley per andare via e chiedere il rimborso un'altra lunga telefonata con il responsabile e mi cambia la camera "

"The photo in the picture if the pool is not part of the hotel. It is a communal pool 500metres from the hotel which also is of extra cost. I complained to hotels.com about it because we booked the hotel simply for the pool, which it doesn't have, yet the picture is still there. Very misleading. Parking costs €5 overnight. Good location for wandering around the town. In fairness, the bed was comfortable and room was clean, but was very dated. "

"The staff were great. It was in an ideal location as close to the station and about a 40 minute walk to the Duomo. Would definitely stay here again when in the city :)"

"This was my convenient place to stay close to the train station, because it’s only a 5 minutes walk. The staff was excellent and very polite. The breakfast is good and the room was clean. The air conditioning wasn’t great. But for the price and location, it’s a good place to consider."
