"We loved this place! As advertised, it’s several hundred years old, located in a city that is much older than that, across the street from a church founded around the year 800. Ribe is really marvelous, and the Weis Stue is a unique and ideally located spot to explore it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. If you love history and want to feel a part of it, we highly recommend it."

"Mine forventninger blev ikke indfriet; Der lugtede af hund på værelset, lå brugt håndklæde krøllet sammen på bordet i badeværelset trods det at jeg var eneste overnattende, der stod brugt service i håndvasken og kommunikationen var kortfattet besked om kode til nøgleboks, men ikke hvordan jeg skulle finde den, eller hvor indgangsdøren var.
