"we arrived to hotel around 6 pm . our first room was terrible , there was long hair all over the chairs crumbs on the microwave my wife found mouse turds on the bath room floor. Our second room was worse, human blood on the bottom side of the toilet , it was not clean on the inside either.The coffee maker in the room was dirty , she had to clean it just so we could use it. The bed sounded like it was ready to fall apart. When our concerns were brought up to the desk clerk. Here response was "oh I know who cleaned that room. She proceded to give us a room cleaned by the same cleaning person"

"Quiet and nicely updated, checking in on line was frustrating due to already had paid with discover, but discover wasn’t accepted for check in. Called and they got it straightened out and gave us access. "
