"Found the property up an unpaved alley at the rough end of Rawlins. No prior emailed instructions on how to gain access and no one to meet us or any notice to indicate who guests should call. No signage apart from that in the photo. No way was I pushing open any closed doors in that area. We booked into an alternative Rawlins hotel and obtained a refund."
