"While checking on the hotel I was told to pay cash when my booking was clearly set with credit card. I had to go to a bank and withdraw cash and pay for a fee because of that. In general the service was good but then again I was expecting breakfast at 7am and personnel arrived to kitchen at 720am, we ended up 45minutes late for our trip of the day. Those small details made me angry"

"Según la reserva hecha por este medio, debían ser dos habitaciones dobles pero al llegar al establecimiento nos dijeron que eran una habitación doble y una sencilla. Cabe resaltar que también hubo algún tipo de confusión con el costo ya que la aplicación me daba un total y al momento de cancelar en el establecimiento, se me hizo un cobro más alto. Lo que si me gusto es que ellos tuvieron disponibilidad para adicionar una noche para ambas habitaciones y nos resolvieron rápido en ese aspecto."
