"Misleading information about the rooms available to book on Expedia: Room listed with shower but there was no shower. BUT a room with private bath was offered at a more expensive price upon arrival (BAIT & SWITCH). ROOMS WITHOUT SHOWERS have access to a community bathroom facility BUT The toilet located across from the room did not work and one must go to the other end of the hall for the toilet. The shower st the end of yhe hall does not have hot water. Leaving one working toilet for 3 rooms....

"We were left baffled about the management and experience of your booking agent. You took £489.00 from my account for the payment, I explained that my husband has health problems, so that we can search for another accommodation to accommodate his needs but you refused to refund the payment. Your management is a complete joke and nobody should waste their money. "

"The location is excellent with easy access to the creek and golf course and as a birdwatcher this was ideal. . The room and shower was fine and very clean . Breakfast is good with choice . A bit on the pricey side for the facilities and I would expect a safe in the room for the price plus WI FI is only available at the reception area . Found the cleaner and front desk staff helpful Eat and drink outside"
