"We had a great stay. The host was very welcoming and willing to help with all of our needs. He even helped with luggage and electricity converters. The shared bathroom was an adjustment for us but it all worked out well. The kitchen space was small but well stocked with everything you need for a short visit. Ample parking. Make sure you have access to a map because this place isn’t easy to find and locals don’t know it from the address. We went to the public baththouse and they pulled up a map...

"Arriviamo non senza difficolta' perche' la struttura e' in un posto... diciamo inusuale. Si tratta di una frazioncina isolata di campagna a 20 minuti dalla strada principale. Arriviamo ed e' tutto chiuso. Ovviamente siamo un po' perplessi, ricontrolliamo la prenotazione e sembra tutto in regola. Nessun cartello, nessun avviso, nessun numero di telefono. Provo quello che si trova su internet e non risponde nessuno, una voce in islandese dice qualcosa di incomprensibile e la chiamata si...
