We rang the owner, and Wotif rang the owner. Both responses were if people want a clean place to stay, they should go somewhere else. I would be very surprised if Wotif allow this hostel to book through them ever again."

The bathroom window was missing so bugs just coming in. I have requested WOTIF remove this property so no one else has to experience this. Be careful using WOTIF to book stays as they obviously don’t check the properties are at a certain level. It should at least have all windows, doors that lock and be clean.
