"We stayed on a Saturday and the office closed at 5pm. There was an issue with the TV sound. I rang the motel number to get assistance but was put through to a call service. No-one bothered to ring me back so I had to sit on the end of the bed as I could barely hear the TV. The drinking glasses in the cupboard were not cleaned properly ( they had lip marks on them). The room was very small compared to every other Mantra I’ve stayed at. No counter to put your bag on in the bathroom. The towels were damp as they are kept on a shelf below the sink which leaks from the tap. The bed was soft and comfortable."

"Staff friendly. Room clean and updated. Unfortunately the beds need improvement. Queen bed very firm. Single bed felt like laying on springs and didn’t sleep on it. "
