"The hotel is older but is not terrible, however I was having problems with my room door shutting and ended up locking myself out, went to the desk and they gave me a new key, still has having difficulties with the door shutting, at this point maintenance had to come to the room and they could not fix it and said they would put a work order in. The door shut from the inside just not the outside, which wasn't a problem while we were in the room but became a problem having to have at least someone...
