The accommodation don’t answer the phone and Hotel.com have appalling customer service and just don’t care what happens after they take your money, they openly admit that they have NO complaints procedure and that they do not abide by Data Protection law. "Lovely stay with plenty of room for our family of 6. Plentiful kitchen supplies. Fantastic walks on the doorstep. Hot tub was fun with the kids - top tip, pay a little extra to have it pre heated for your arrival so you can enjoy it that day. "

"- staff were not clear if the payment was made or not resulting in for us to stay there for 15 min until someone senior arrived to help us with. - Car park really tight and we had to cross the road to find parking spaces - hot water tap on the shower was uncontrollable - less towels available for the number of users "
