"In all reality, for someone that’s in town just for work, it’s a great place to stay. They clean your room, replace used towels and do your bed. Restrooms a little small, sometimes slightly noisy outside environment due to the place being next to an intersection. But if you’re just looking for a comfortable bed with hot showers, great a/c, cable tv, and parking right in front of your room, all at the best price you can find in Stephenville, this is your place. "Awesome location! Cleanliness was seriously neglected. Hosts are elderly and this may be too much for them. No King size beds as advertised and no reception on TV's. The pool was full of leaves and railings were unstable as were railings on seps into cabin. The grounds need serious care and clean up, as did the porch and furniture. It was like a camp that hadn't been used for a long time. Mice were seen running in the loft and there was mouse feces all over down stairs. We stayed one night and...

"Hotel was under renovation without any notice prior to arrive. Had to ask for everything including soap. Realized when ready for coffee, no cups. No carpet or baseboards in hallway. Everything was dirty with drywall dust. Air conditional was marginal at best. Asked for a different floor but apparently all floors were the same. Asked for a lower rate based on conditions but only received a token reduction. I have never written a review like this, so conclude what you want. Not a good...

"This is an all original 1966 Silver Streak travel trailer named "Lucy".The wife and I had the most pleasant time kickin back, drinking wine and listening to some old 70s music. The host was awesome and the little details they did for their guest was perfect. We highly recommend this place."
