"The staff were absolutely lovely"

"Lovely location and a very welcoming hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and the room was spacious with good amenities and very accessible. The hotel is dog-friendly and our room was perfect with an external “patio” door giving access to the large and very nice garden."

"Communication good with entry codes in advance. Great for late arrivals as don't need to rely on seeing staff. Clean hotel in nice location."

"Nice stay for a one night stay! Close to shops and had everything it needed"

"A very nice place to stay"

"Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Nicely decorated. Great location. Easy to access with codes provided. Water pressure quite low in the shower (on first floor)."

"Rooms were clean n bed was comfortable. They cater to us hikers."

"I liked everything, from the delicious breakfasts, to the quaintness and lovely private patio in the back. It is right in the middle of everything going on in Stow; yet you can have a relaxed glass of wine in the back and get away from it all. And the staff are friendly and genuinely interested in you enjoying your stay!"

"We had a great stay , we will be back soon"

"Booked last minute, great place to stay!"

"Stayed a few times and always superb!"

"Was unable to check in. Noone answered any of the phone numbers provided with the booking or on the door at the property. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE"

"Great place to stay! Location fantastic!"

The bathroom was lovely, although the bath may be a little awkward to get in and out of if you are shorter. The location is excellent — right in the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water, with plenty of good pubs, cafés, restaurants and shops nearby....

It was located offsite a few minutes walk but I was only able to find this after googling other...
