"Llegué de noche y el ingreso automatizado no me aceptó la reserva. Tuve que pagar otra vez una nueva. Al día siguiente la rexepxionista me dijo que no habían hecho el cargo a Expedia y que no se me cobraria doble. Expedia por su parte asegura que el hotel sí facturó y por parte del hotel ni ha habido respuesta. Así que pagué doble y mintieron."
