"I had a great stay at Hotel Silver Cle. The breakfast was excellent, especially the healthy options, and the cook did a fantastic job every morning. The front desk staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel is conveniently within walking distance of Inorbit Mall, which made getting around very easy. "Check in process takes a lot of time. Had booked 3 rooms but only 2 were available. The guy who checked us in was grumpy and was not courteous. They had double booked and asked us to take a Rapido to another building of theirs. They did upgrade 1 room. Bathroom and toilet have no partitions. There is a power socket in the shower area. "

"The room was well maintained and the staff was polite. Altough they allowed to checkin at 12 pm initially they were saying the checkin was at 3pm, which was not mentioned in the app. However they later agreed for 12 pm check in. They also told that the room booking was not for 24hrs."
